Do you ship to a PO Box address?

Yes, we can use Australia Post to ship to a PO Box address within Australia.

Do you ship worldwide?

Unfortunately at this time we do not offer shipping outside of Australia, please sign up to our mailing list for an update to this in the near future.

Is my parcel insured?

As we ship using standard post, we do not offer insurance at this point in time.  Our chosen carrier will leave your parcel at your shipping address letterbox or if they believe there is another safe place to do so.

Is that the true colour of the product on screen?

Please note slight variations in colour and size specifications can sometimes occur. Please also note that the way the colours appear on screen is also a result of the settings and colour calibration of your monitor.

How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?

You receive an instant order confirmation email detailing your order. We are unable to edit your order after it is placed, so please take care before paying for your order.  Once your order is packed and dispatched, we will send you another email with a unique tracking number and a link to the carriers website where you can track the delivery of your order to your door.

What is the shipping cost?

We offer standard post (2-5 business days) with a flat rate shipping of $10 per order, unless your order is deemed bulky to which we will contact you via email.

Can I return my order?

You can, we offer a store credit for full priced products only, check out our refund policy for more detail.
